How do I book Theme Park tickets?
We recommend booking online to save queueing on arrival and to get a discounted rate. To book a ticket online please click here

Please note you cannot pay cash on arrivial. 

Can I purchase a ticket at the Theme Park?
Tickets can be purchased at the Theme Park at a higher rate to the online price and only via a credit or debit card.

How can I change my ticket to another day?
For any Theme Park ticket booking amendments please click the ticket icon, located at the bottom left hand corner of your screen, and select 'change the date'. 

What is the concession eligibility?
Proof of eligibility for a concession ticket, Blue Light Card, Max Card, Max Card, MOD 90 ID Card, Proof of O.A.P, Registered Carer Card, Blue Badge

What do I do if I booked via Kidspass?
You do not need to pre book, just turn up at the Ticket Office with your pre-paid codes and you will be allowed entry. 

I am an Annual Pass Holder, how do I book my Theme Park ticket?
Annual Pass Holders are no longer required to pre-book their visit online and in advance. Simply turn up to the Theme Park on the day you wish to visit with a valid Annual Pass card to gain entry. Please view all Annual Pass F.A.Q's here.

Do I need to print my ticket?
All tickets booked will now provide you with a barcode; this barcode can either be printed or scanned on a digital device upon entry. 

How do I book for my infant less than 92 cm?
FOC tickets for infants under 92cm will be available online, please note we may require measuring the infant prior to entry of the Theme Park. 

I have discount vouchers, can I use these?
Discount vouchers can be used at the Theme Park at the gate ticket price.

What time can I arrive at the Theme Park?
We ask that guests do not arrive to the Theme Park any earlier than 15 minutes before the Theme Park opening time. Click here to view our opening hours. 

Can I pay by cash on the Theme Park?
No, however you can load your cash onto a Resort Card at the ticket office to use on the Theme Park. 

Are you still issuing ride access passes?

Can I use my gift card to book a ticket?
If you have a gift card, please turn up at the Theme Park and we will honour the online price for you. 

Will all the rides be open?
Yes, all of our rides and attractions are now open. Please note that some rides may be affected by severe wind and rain. To view all our Ride and Attractions please click here. 

Resort F.A.Q's 

How can I pay off my balance?
You can pay off your balance by clicking here

Will there be any evening entertainment?
We will be hosting an exciting calendar of evening entertainment during the Devon school holidays and on selected dates. You will be provided with an entertainment schedule upon your arrival to the Resort. For an Evening Entertainment example please click here. 

Do we need to bring our own bedding?
We will still supply bedding for all Lodge bookings. If you are booked in one of our Glamping tents as per our normal booking terms and conditions you must provide your own bedding and pillows. 

Can I get a supermarket food delivery delivered to the Resort? 
Yes you can but we cannot collect this on your behalf so they will need to meet you at reception.

Is there an onsite shop?
Yes there is an onsite shop that is open during the Devon School holidays. 

What is the check in/ check out times for accommodation? 

  • Camping and touring - check out 10am, check in 12pm 
  • Glamping - check out 10am, check in 4:30pm 
  • Lodges - check out 10am, check in 4:30pm 

Will Reception be open?
Reception is now open daily. In the event Reception is closed, please call the wardens number on your booking confirmation. 

Can I use my Theme Park tickets on my arrival and departures day? 
Yes you can. 

Can we use the Fun on the Farm Golf?
Yes, please visit Reception during your visit who can arrange this for you. Further information will be in your welcome pack on arrival. 

Can we have BBQ's?
As per our normal terms and conditions BBQs are permitted however this does not include disposable BBQ's. Guests may use their own coal or gas BBQ's as long as they are raised off the ground.   

Will the toilet and shower blocks be open?
The toilet and shower blocks will be open and will be monitored and cleaned regularly.
